Wibax shall, through active environmental efforts, work to implement procedures that are beneficial to the environment in the selection and transportation of chemical products. Wibax Environmental policy means that we shall:
- Apply a holistic view of the company’s total operations in terms of environmental impact, including the energy use of operations.
- Apply a holistic view of the environmental impact of chemicals and services.
- Encourage employees to participate in active environmental efforts and energy saving measures.
- Consider environmentally friendly options when purchasing new transport vehicles.
- Have an environmentally friendly logistics organisation.
- Use know-how and active measures to prevent pollution of the environment.
- Work continuously to improve our environmental efforts.
- Be adequately prepared for emergency situations.
- Work to increase the proportion of renewable energy used and to improve our energy efficiency.
- Meet all legal requirements relevant to our operations.
- Fulfil the ISCC requirements to be able to offer customers ISCC certified bio-oil.
- Ensure that our environmental policy is clearly understood by our employees and that our customers and suppliers are aware of it.

Quality assurance policy

Wibax shall, through active collaboration with customers, suppliers, competent employees as well as through controlled processes, continuously work to meet the requirements, needs and expectations placed upon us, so as to maintain the trust of our stakeholders. Wibax Quality assurance policy means that we shall:
- Manage our work based on the requirements, needs and expectations of our customers.
- Carry out every assignment so that our customers feel that they have received what they expect to receive, or more, from Wibax as a supplier.
- Ensure sustainable and efficient logistics as well as supply security for our customers by monitoring the supply chain.
- Make our purchases through suppliers who comply with our Code of Conduct and whose products meet the demands set by customers.
- Work with continuous improvement and learn from our mistakes, concretely through the enforcement of systematic deviation management as well as evaluation of our results and establishment of improvement targets.
- Continuously work to improve our quality assurance efforts.
- Ensure that every employee has the competencies required in their work and that they are given the responsibilities and authority required to meet internal and external demands in an engaged fashion – skills development is prioritised.
- Continuously develop and improve our leadership.
- Work in accordance with our management system, which will be evaluated in reviews conducted by management.
- Meet all legal requirements relevant to our operations.
- Ensure that our quality assurance policy is clearly understood by our employees and that our customers, suppliers and other stakeholders are, to whatever extent possible, aware of it.

Working environment and safety policy

At Wibax, we work to create and maintain a pleasant, safe, and developing workplace for all employees. This through joint work between employer and employee, where our work environment work means an investment in employees and the company that should contribute to well-being in our workplace. Through an effort to constantly improve the work environment, we create the conditions to prevent work-related injuries and reduce work-related sickness absence. Wibax Working environment and safety policy means that we shall:
- Offer a safe and secure environment for our employees.
- Always give high priority to health, environment, and safety.
- Have the necessary knowledge, resources, and powers to be able to live up to our individual responsibility for the work environment.
- Carry out our work environment work based on good routines, clear division of responsibilities and continuous improvements in all parts.
- Work for proactive safety work with, among other things, preventive and recurring risk assessments with the aim of minimizing risks and accidents to both people, property, and the environment.
- Follow up that work environment rules that affect the business are complied with.
- Examine the work environment continuously through checklists and collaboration meetings.
- Investigate ill-health, accidents, and incidents to identify and remedy the root cause.
- Through a well-balanced insurance cover, minimize negative consequences for the business.
- Have an updated contingency plan that is well known within the organization.
- Make the policy for work environment and safety understood among our employees and as far as possible known to our customers and suppliers.
All managers must:
- Carry out active daily work environment work.
- Work for early rehabilitation by paying attention to the occurrence of abuse and discrimination.
- Hold annual staff meetings with their employees.
All employees must:
- Perform their duties in accordance with current safety requirements and contribute to eliminating risks at work.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in the work environment to create a good workplace.
- Show a personal responsibility for health and the environment.

Product safety policy

Wibax Product safety policy means that we shall:
- Work to promote product safety work within the business. This by actively and systematically preventing and minimizing the risk of accidents and negative environmental impact.
- Have efficient production, storage, and distribution, where a high level of safety and hygiene is a priority.
- Store raw materials and products in such a way that risks of chemical reactions or contamination are avoided.
- Follow ratified instructions and routines and improve these if the need arises.
- Clean vehicle and production tanks between different product batches when there is a risk of chemical reactions or contamination.
- Evaluate raw materials and products upon purchase, through sampling and/or supplier review.
- Work to ensure that all employees can take full responsibility for the tasks assigned to them, by ensuring that they have the relevant training and resources they need.
- Have an up-to-date readiness plan that is well known throughout the organisation.
- Ensure that our product safety policy is clearly understood by our employees and that our customers and suppliers are, to whatever extent possible, aware of it.
