Internal and external development and construction projects

Wibax performs project management and the management of sub-projects for internal and external development and construction projects. In addition to this, we manage internal marketing projects where Wibax is the project manager for the establishment of new or optimised products with our customers.

Different types of project

Project management is an important part of Wibax’s work. This can include both internal marketing or development projects as well as external projects.

Internal projects:

• Marketing projects: In the first instance providing support to Wibax’s marketing and sales organisation. This might involve optimising a particular product for a specific customer.
• Development projects: Entail the development of new products and are carried out with a project manager from Wibax.
• Construction projects: Include project management for the development of new production equipment.

External projects:

• Chemical optimisation: Project management for specific chemical optimisations or new dosing positions.
• Development projects: Includes project management or the management of sub-projects for developing e.g. new applications or new technology.
• Construction projects: Wibax offers project management or sub-project managers in the event of conversion work or new establishment projects.
