WiFuel Top

WiFuel TOP is one of Wibax’ 150 products. A cost-effective bio oil that can replace fossil fuel. 

The endeavour to replace fossil fuels with biofuels, particularly in the industrial and transport sectors, makes bio oil an important product. 

WiFuel TOP, Tall Oil Pitch, is a by-product from, among other things, resin, cleaning agents, fuels, binders in paint, tall oil fatty acids, as well as the production of fragrances and flavourings for perfume and food. 

WiFuel TOP is a high-viscosity bio oil with a high calorific value, making it suitable as a replacement for heavier fuel oils as well as EO1. The fuel is CO2-neutral and can be compared to low-sulphur EO5. 

WiFuel TOP is also a viscous bio oil that requires heating and is therefore suitable for facilities that can handle a higher ash content.

WiFuel TOP falls under our sustainability commitment and is completely exempt from energy, sulphur, and carbon dioxide tax.
