WIBAX has three new owners effective 9th January 2013. Bo Wiklund, the founder and owner, started WIBAX in 1986 to take care of chemicals from pulp and paper industry for distribution and sale in the market. Bo Wiklund has now transferred 45% of his shares distributed equally to his three sons: Jonas Wiklund, Managing Director WIBAX, Andreas Wiklund, Production Manager and David Wiklund, Marketing Director WIBAX Energy. Bo Wiklund still remains as the majority shareholder with 55% shares in WIBAX Group. The change of ownership is an important milestone in WIBAX history and ensures that the company continues to operate as a family business.
